Rents are inclusive of gas, electricity and water. A heating supplement is payable in midwinter. Pillows, duvets and/or blankets are provided, and a weekly linen service including towels. End of let cleaning is included, however guests are expected to leave the property in clean tidy order on departure to avoid additional cleaning charges. Standard bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Midweek available minimum seven days.

Please contact us to check availability and/or to make reservation. We will hold your dates for FOUR days until we receive your completed reservation form together with a 30% (non refundable) deposit. We will send you written confirmation by return and the property will be booked in your name until the balance is due SIX WEEKS before your holiday. No reminders are sent. On receipt of the final balance and security deposit and TWO WEEKS prior to occupation, we will acknowledge, send a key and detailed directions to the property. It is advisable to have holiday insurance to cover any payments in the event of cancellation.

Standard Security deposits UK/EU passport holders -- Studio £100 -- Houses £150. Overseas passport holders -- All units £200. Midwinter heating supplement at metered cost.
