Rents are inclusive of gas,
electricity and water. A heating supplement is payable in midwinter. Pillows,
duvets and/or blankets are provided, and a weekly linen service including towels.
End of let cleaning is included, however
guests are expected to leave the property in clean tidy order on departure to
avoid additional cleaning charges. Standard bookings run from Saturday to
Saturday. Midweek available minimum seven days.
