to Book
Subject
to availability
all properties can be pre booked with a 30% deposit
up to six weeks in advance. Bookings within six weeks of occupation
are payable in full. We accept payment by post with cheque or on line with credit
or debit card.
Before
completing either postal or on-line Reservation Form please check
on availability
either below, by phone on contact
numbers or by e-mail to availability@hiddentuscany.com
.
We will
confirm availability,
amount due and hold your accommodation
for up to FOUR days whilst you make your travel arrangements;
complete a postal or online Reservation Form and pay due amount.
Reservations
are made in accordance with our Terms and
Conditions
of booking and hire. For postal booking please print a copy of our Postal
reservation
form , complete in block capitals and post to address
advised with a sterling or agreed euro cheque payment. Alternatively you can complete an On-Line
Reservation Form and pay by credit
or debit card against our electronic e-mail invoice. All
card payments are charged at 2%.
Following
receipt of payment a formal receipt and
confirmation
will be forwarded.
